Urbinati automatic dibbling machines are suitable for greenhouses and nurseries that need to automate the soil punching phase before seeding, cutting or manual transplanting.
Our automatic dibbling machines with pins or drills have an adjustable dibbler depth and hourly production up to 800 containers/h, they are equipped with sliding support guides that make easy the removal of the plate, while the entry-exit of the containers takes place on a belt system with variable length from 3,300 to 6,300 mm.
The plate most be equipped with pins, rotating pins or custom-made rotating drills whose speed is easily customizable through an electronic speed variator. To facilitate handling, the machines are equipped with a wheels kit and thanks to their adaptability can be used alone or in combination with a work line.
