Urbinati promotes the automation of the process of filling trays and pots by making available to our customers a range of automatic and manual potting machines for greenhouses and nurseries and topper machines which automatically cover the potted plants’ collar with soil, bark or other materials.
Our potting machines can be adapted to both small and large productions and thanks to a centralized adjustment system easy to set can be used with both round and square pots of small or large size.
The characteristics of the Urbinati potting machines make them adaptable and performing; they are equipped with a vibrating table, an adjustable dibbling depth and an excess soil recovery system that allows to limit its waste. Moreover, our pots have a hopper capacity ranging from 700L to 1600L and an hourly production up to 7000 pots/h.
In some of the potting machines you can find a touch-screen control panel that allows the management and setting of the machine remotely.
