CASE HISTORY:
distribution of liquid fertilizer for moving pots.
NON-STANDARD:
The fertilizer liquid is released in predetermined quantities, synchronized with the passage of vessels on a conveyor belt, in order to optimize the distribution.
ADOPTED SOLUTION:
a wetting unit has been designed and built with swivel articulated pipes, applied to a NTA CONVEYOR BELT;
the photocell system allows synchronization of the time of release of the liquid with the passage of the vessels,
avoiding unnecessary waste and ensuring the correct application of the product.
