From animation to reality
Phase 1
The first phase of the system is composed of:

CARBB – Big-bale breaker – up to n.3 bales/hour

IA3500 – Automatic potting machine – up to 4,500 pots/hour

Manual transplanting station
-
Irrigation unit – equipped with showerhead nozzles
Once ready, the pots are transferred to the accumulation table, and a forklift carries them to the greenhouse.
Phase 2
The second phase of our automatic line involves the separation of the rows of pots deposited on the accumulation table.
The pots are placed on the BUFFERSEP separation table, which divides them into uniform rows by pushing them onto the downstream conveyor belt.
After separation, the pots move on to cutting (optional, depending on the work cycle).
They can then proceed to two additional phases.
Phase 3
This phase consists of returning the plants to the greenhouse for further growth.
First, the cutting residues from the previous station are removed (optional), and the pots are disinfected.
Once they reach the accumulation table, the pots are spaced apart to allow room for plant growth.
A forklift then picks them up and carries them back to the greenhouse.
Phase 4
This phase consists of preparing the plants for shipment. The pots are picked up from the conveyor belt, placed inside the pot trays, and after removing any defects, positioned on the collection roller conveyor, which carries them to the final pickup point, ready for delivery.
