Our tray automation line has been designed and developed to optimize workflow stages in greenhouses or nurseries, from the initial pallet unloading phase to the loading onto benches.

Phase 1
This first mode manages the entire tray preparation cycle, from unloading the stacks of trays from the pallets to loading them onto the benches.
- Pallet Unloader: Automated pallet unloading
- DISPES: Trays singulation
- Filling: uniform tray filling with substrate / soil
- Seeding phase: Imprint Roller – Seeding Roller: precision dibbling and seeding
- First watering: Tray irrigation
- Covering with vermiculite: uniform fertilizer distribution
- Second watering
- Bench Loader: automated loading of trays onto the bench
Phase 2
In this case, it is possible to manually transplant (or select or process) the trays filled with soil, followed by their loading onto the bench.

Manual transplanting area: the operator takes the trays from the upper conveyor and places them on the worktable, transplants the plant (in this case, a forestry seedling), and places the processed tray onto the lower conveyor.

Watering: the transplanted tray continues toward the watering unit.
