The big-bale shavering machine CARBB allow to automatically break up big-bales of pressed soil, so to obtain a homogeneous and uniform soil ready for use. -

The vending machine singls out the containers that will be filled later.
This machine is designed to run without interruption, ensuring that each container is ready for the next step. - RT12 Tray Filler and Air Blowing System
The containers pass under the RT12 filler, which fills them precisely.
Afterwards, an air blowing system cleans the containers laterally, eliminating any annoying residues for the following stages. - AUTOMATIC TRANSPLANTING MACHINE RW32
The RW32 automatic transplanting machine inserts plants into containers with precision and speed, ensuring uniformity and minimising stress on the plants. - Automatic tray loading on trailers
The trailer loader allows you to manage the loading stages of the trays in an automatic way, from the insertion and movement of the trailers, the subsequent phase of pushing the trays on them, until the last phases of watering the plants and the automatic exit.

DOUBLE RAIL SUSPENDED MOBILE IRRIGATION BOOM IRMO4
Once transported to the greenhouse, the trays are irrigated by the IRMO4 double rail irrigation system.
This system allows zone irrigation control and monitors water consumption.
Thanks to the remote control, the system is used optimally and effortlessly.
