SEPARATION OF VESSELS WITH DEVELOPED CROWN

CASE HISTORY:
The need to realize a separation and automated distribution of pots with particularly developed foliage plants.

NON-STANDARD:
Implementation of a system that makes the pot stable during the operation of separation and belt feed.
The operation is difficult given the opposite force from the intersected foliage of the developed plants.

ADOPTED SOLUTION:
the BUFFERSEP– standard system already provides for the use of two steel bars that, during separation, positioning themselves between one row and the other accompany the progress of the pots of the first row;
to give greater stability to the operation, in case of particularly developed crowns,
it was planned to install a third bar (above the previous ones) to be entrusted with the task of “untangle”
the foliage, thus helping to avoid the tipping of the vase moving towards the exit tape.
