Our fillers are adaptable to all kinds of trays and containers and can be used in combination with a working lines thanks to a belt feeding system. Thanks to the possibility of adjusting the density and soil flow, our automatic tray fillers are extremely versatile.
Urbinati filling machines allow with a homogeneous soil flow to fill the trays uniformly and thanks to a complete soil recovery system to limit waste. The hourly production is able to reach up to 600 trays/h, while the hopper capacity up to 700L, the machines are also equipped with a self-centering adjustment system of the containers.
The wheels kit allows easy handling and positioning of the machine inside the nursery.
