MACHINE DESCRIPTION - PLZ
Automated robot palletiser for trays and crates for handling and stacking them on pallets.
The rotating gripper automatically picks up the seeded containers from the output belt of the seeding line and stacks them neatly on the pallet: levels arrangement can be customized and optimised both in terms of use of space and final stability of the load. It is also possible to equip the machine with a pallet dispenser with automatic delivery and feed system.
The palletiser is easy to program and use, and the working area is bordered by safety fences that protect the operator, making the machine safe. When integrated in a working line, the palletiser maximises performance, generating savings in terms of both time and labour.

- Easy programming for the operator with 5,7” colour touch-screen panel.
- Stacking on pallets on pick-up side (standard) or opposite pick-up side (accessory).
- Automatic lubrification with tank on linear bearings.
- Available in left and right version.
MAIN ACCESSORIES - PLZ
- Unloading side opposite to the pick up one.
- Fixed or rotating pick-up gripper, single or multiple.
- Accumulation belt for positioning stacks of trays, available in various lengths.
- Pallet destacker.
- Double chain pallet positioner, available in various lengths.
