Seeding
We manufacture customized seeding lines and automatic seeders working in close contact with the customer, in order to best fit their requirements. The nursery modular solutions, offered by our company, adapt to any seeds and trays.
Filling
We offer a series of machines for the automation of the filling process in nurseries. Our range of filling machines includes: manual and automatic potting machines, trays fillers and soil mixers, a big bale breaker and peat block makers.
Trasplanting
In the transplantation sector we offer a series of automatic transplanters with patented and programmable wireless grippers. The trasplanters configurations are customized according to the customer needs who can choose between machines with single or double row grippers.
Labelling
The automatic labelling machines for greenhouses and nurseries allow to make fully automatic the application of labels on trays and pots in greenhouses. Our labels appliers machine are suitable for all types of containers and are suitable for both small and large productions
Denesting
The Urbinati automatic pot destacker is a modular machine ideal for managing pots, seeding trays and containers inside greenhouses. The Urbinati pot destacker is equipped with a PVC belt system that allows an automated advancement of containers.
Handling
Urbinati offers to customers a series of machines for the automation of the handling process in greenhouses and nurseries. Our handling machines are versatile and customizable to be able to adapt to the needs of both small and large productions.
Dibbling
Urbinati automatic dibbling machines are suitable for greenhouses and nurseries that need to automate the soil punching phase before seeding, cutting or manual transplanting. In addition, our dibbling machines with pins or drills have an adjustable dibbler depth.
Depopping
The automatic plug depoppers for nurseries Urbinati facilitate the process of extraction of seedlings and forestry seedlings from the trays. Our plug depoppers automate the extraction of the plants from the cell, promoting the oxygenation of the roots.
Trimming

Germination
Urbinati germination and preservation chambers are controlled and thermally insulated environments from the outside that allow a shortest germination time, the uniform seeds’ germination inside the trays, stimulation of the development and preservation of seeds.
